Welcome, simply sign up or click on login to submit a case if you already have a DDX account. This website is HIPAA compliant.  When signing up for a new account you can look for us as a partner lab using our zip code (63640). 

Even if you plan to ship a case please sign up for an account and fill out your case information.  Once the work authorization is filled out you can print it and send that with your impressions or models.  DDX is able to support all digital files needed for designing or planning of a case. 

This includes custom shade photos.  You can also attach your DICOM / DCM files for your guided surgery.
